3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

7. Virtual Currency and Items

Coins and virtual items earned or purchased within the app have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy at any time.

Daily Habit OS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any health or lifestyle outcomes from using our service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
